What will you be doing?
Analysing financial information and identifying key trends and developing an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of each business
Communicating with client or target management, either face to face or remotely, to understand deal issues
Working in project teams, to produce reports summarising the key findings of our financial due diligence
Studying for ICAS Chartered Accountancy qualification
If you join the team in Edinburgh, during your first two years you will also complete Assurance training and split your time between Transaction Diligence and Assurance
