Training With Us.
We offer an intensive training programme and the size of our Firm means we are large enough to provide interesting and varied training but small enough to maintain personal contact with all our trainees.
In addition to compliance work, you will have exposure to a wide and varied series of assignments in all areas – accountancy, taxation and audit.
We have sufficient resource to develop a pool of highly specialised expertise, whilst retaining the personal care and attention that our clients and staff appreciate. The focus for our trainees is to achieve success throughout examinations and gain the required ICAS competencies. The culture of the Firm supports this with the level of on-the-job training and sharing of knowledge and experience from our current trainees up to Partner level.
Our Training Contracts.
We are looking to employ staff with enthusiasm and commitment to provide a high quality, added value service to our clients. In return, we offer an intensive training programme and exposure to a wide and varied series of assignments. Your skills will be developed in accountancy, taxation and audit and your IT and business development exposure will be substantial. As your experience grows, invariably your client exposure will increase as will your level of responsibility. To equip you to deal with this, personal skills training is provided.

Our minimum requirement is an Honours degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline.
We will first look at applicants who have at least 300 UCAS points and no requirement for a work permit over the initial 3 year training contract.
