Recruitment Process

CV Review – (Applications close 31st Oct 2025) Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview
Recruitment Day/Assessment– (Nov 2025) A chance to showcase your motivation and potential, Interview with a mixed panel and Group activities to assess values fit (Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, Supportive, Strong relationships, Respect)
Offer (Dec 2025)– Successful candidates will start in July 2026
